Return Policy

According to the our legislation, you have the right to return the physical products and to receive the money back for the online products in a maximum of 14 calendar days, without giving any explanation.

Important: All the expenses related to the return will be borne by you and the reimbursement of the value of the product / products will be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.

- The return of the products is done by courier, by any desired courier company and the related expenses will be borne by you.
- The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.
- Products that show signs of wear or excessive use, bumps, products that have missing components, degraded products, etc. are not accepted.
- If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.
- Together with the product, all accompanying documents will be returned as they were sent by WEXA INTERNATIONAL SRL.

If you want to return a product, it is necessary that within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt you inform us about your decision to return the product, using an unequivocal statement, by email to office@wexa.ro, specifying the order number for which you want to receive a refund.
