How to buy

You can buy products from our store online, by phone or by email.

Online order
The product you want to order can be found either by using the menu at the top of the page containing the product categories, from the menu on the right with all product categories and subcategories, or by using the search field. When you have pressed ORDER button, the product will be automatically transferred to the shopping cart.

After adding to the basket all the products you want to order, the purchase process continues by pressing the button and going through the order page. On the order page you will have to fill in the following:

- the exact name of the desired product, quantity and color
- the beneficiary's name and delivery address
- data for invoicing
- desired payment and delivery method

The entered username and password will help you log in anytime to see the history of your orders or the status of current orders, modify/delete your profile or make subsequent orders without re-entering your contact details again.

Order by phone
By calling the numbers displayed on the website, a sales agent will establish the details of the order with you.

 

Order by email
You can send your order by email to office@wexa.ro. :

- the exact name of the desired product, the quantity
- the beneficiary's name and delivery address
- data for invoicing
- desired payment and delivery method

Carefully specify the desired products: Product name and desired color, Product code or product link (preferably).

After receiving the order by any of the methods, you will be contacted as soon as possible by one of our sales operators to validate the order and verify all details.
